Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day no quibble return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason on all items apart from personalised goods..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (other than to check for fit/trying on) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that returns will need to be sent at your expense to the following address: 45 Yateley Drive, Barton Seagrave, Kettering, Northants NN15 6BN. There is no fee for re-stocking item but we recommend all returns are sent using a tracked service as return items that become lost in the post will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photographic evidence so that we can claim for any damages caused by the courriers. If we request the return of a damaged item, we will cover the cost of the return postage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalised, customised products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned, however orders can be cancelled up to the point where you have approved the designs. If you do not approve the designs the order can be cancelled. However once approved by the customer, the order for personalised items cannot be returned or cancelled due to a change of mind.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

We currently do not supply goods to any areas outside of Great Britain. However all goods are covered by our 30 day returns policy apart from personalised items as described above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 working days. In the unlikely event that your refund is refused, we will inform you with the reason within 2 working days of receipt at the address above. 

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at corinna@equinalia.co.uk.
