Delivery & Returns

We aim to process and dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) on the same day. However during very busy periods this may not always be possible. At such times orders will be processed as soon as possible with our goal being a maximum time of 24 hours between the order being paid for and dispatch.

Goods are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service however we may at times also use other similar services from other providers. The aim is that goods will be received within 2-3 days of dispatch however this is not a guaranteed service from Royal Mail. You will be able to track the process of your delivery online.

If you need goods in a hurry we also offer 24 Tracked delivery and a next day guaranteed if you need to guarantee delivery for the next day.

All goods are covered by a no quibble money back guarantee up to 30 days after you have received your order. You will receive a refund within 7 days of the items being received back to us in saleable condition with its original packaging and tags. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back and you are advised to use a tracked service for returns.
